Coach Moss is a great sports performance trainer, as well as, a great motivator. My daughter has been working with him for 9 or 10 months and as a parent, I
love him. Here's why....
1. Value. When you pay for a 1 hour training session, you get 60 minutes of hardcore training. OK, one might think that goes without saying. But before finding Coach Moss, my daughter worked with a trainer at our local health club. After warming up, chitchatting, and taking breaks, she maybe worked for 15-20 minutes. 2. Phylosophy. Being an elite athlete is more than physical ability. The athlete has to have heart and desire to improve. More importantly, they have to believe in themselves. Coach Moss teaches achieving success comes from both physical, as well as, inner strength. 3. Motivation. He is obviously doing something right. Even though my daughter works extremely hard, she never complains about going to a training sesson with Coach Moss - I never have to push her. In fact, she schedules everything herself. If they have a schedule conflict, they work it out between them - I never have to get involved. 4. Responsibility. See item 3. I can name several other reasons why I respect and appreciate Coach Moss, but hopefully you get the picture. Thanks Coach Moss. |
