...so we're going against the field at both NQs and everywhere else, correct? If so, I believe Invasion is 12-5...

Ok---OVA has wins against Golden West and SCVC with losses to Wave, KC Extreme, Northern Lights and Gold Cal:
Having said that: Golden West has beaten Invasion and TAV along with SCVC who has beaten: Skyline Roshambo and AVA therefore: ?????? and that's just skimming a few results in AES. As with all volleyball. This is an any given day any given hour. While one team may have had a better season---another team may have a better day. Good Luck to all the teams in 17 Open! |

Epic is 10-7 v the field in qualifier events and 11-8 if you include non qualifier events such as Vegas and SCVA play.

Are you folks that are posting counting matches or sets? These numbers are very high (it seems to me), our teams has played 45 matches to date across (2)
qualifiers and only seen 2 of the qualified field. Some of you are posting number that would be a third of our total number.

I know in Texas a lot of the teams have played each other several times via theTour of Texas. Same is probably true in California I would imagine. |

Posting of records | ||

I believe that all of these posts are match record against the field. Just for those that are curious or don't know, when we are talking about record
against the field, that includes any and all matches played against the field whether at a National Qualifier or any other event. There are several power
leagues and tournaments where several OPEN field teams have faced each other and that is why some of the match counts are so high.
I think Austin Juniors, TAV, and Skyline will probably be the top 3 seeds based on the records against the field. I'm still figuring out records (or waiting for posts from those who know for sure... Please correct me if i am mistaken and forgot about someone. I know Invasion, Wave, and Vision will have decent records as well as the few that have posted their too. |

TAV! What are you nutz. Oh wait a minute they beat us twice...never mind
OK...who's going to step up and start doing the game percentages against the field for the teams we currently have listed? I vote someone from CA since the majority of the field is theirs.... |

I did a little seeding equation that I was told was used from a very good source.

17 Open field? | ||

Anyone want to give any new opinions on potential seedings vs potential finishes at JOs after Tawa's national rankings? I think he is pretty close based on potential finishes and results so far. I think the big question is who develops the most and is playing the best in Dallas. What do you think? |

Just a note, Goldenwest beat TAV Molten 17-2 team not TAV 17 Asics 17-1 and Invasion lost to TAV Molten 17-2. For those of you interested.
