true--not every DI program is fully funded to 12 scholarships....and then there are the Ivys that don't do athletic scholarships and most of the Patriot
League teams that either don't fund or partially fund their teams (except basketball for Patriot League?). I asked last year sometime how a player or
parent would know which schools fully fund 12 scholarships and which don't and was told basically you had to ask the coach....that the numbers can change
from year to year.
