How does the last Mandatory affect the points for SCVA?...there were no playoffs.

Please correct me if I am wrong, but I remember last year in the 15's there were no playoff in mandatory 5. So what SCVA did was their were 4 teams tie for first, 4 teams tie of second and so on. All first place teams received 500 points seconds place teams received 495 points.... In D2 first place teams received 480 or 485 and so on.... Hope this help.

In Division one, the first place teams in each pool earn a 1st place finish, the second place team in each pool a 5th place finish, the third place team gets
9th place and the 4th place gets 13th. It goes up accordingly for each division. However, they do change the points that are awarded so it does not affect the
totals as much. For 1st they award 500 points, 5th = 495, 9th = 490, 13th = 485, and so on and so on...

Will they still keep this format with the two "power pools" format used this year? I dont recall them splitting the top 8 and bottom 8 last year.

Does anyone know the orders then?...Im pretty sure Rancho Valley 15-1 finished 1st on court 3, does anyone know 1,2,4? order? I think court 3 was RV, Coast, Sunshine 14, Sunshine 15 |

After mandatory 5, no teams move up or down. In regionals, SCVA takes the top 32 teams ( total points ) to make a gold division. The next 32 for silver and so on. Day one is pool play only. The first and second place teams are in the upper bracket and the third and fourth teams are in the lower bracket. Day two starts of with pool play then playoffs. Also teams are rewarded with double the points.
