Again, my focus is USAV not the agenda, rationale, or interest of splinter-groups. I am always viligant of question, even when paraphrased, that would lead me into a conversation, doing research, etc. that would validate a splinter group. Also know that the dry-sense of humor and incorporation of such in posts, is often lost on a majoroity of the populace but continues to tickle VBREPORTER regardless...so you have to take the good with the bad; all with a grain of salt; or simply choose to ignore.

At the same time, you can eliminate the CAPS, which are always in poor taste. When I posted rankings for 14 Open, it was called to my attention that JVDA teams were not included. I refined the title to indicate that, as I didn't have the same data for the JVDA teams.

That being said, why in the heck would vbreporter give any thought to changing the title of the thread due to someone "calling it to his attention" that a splinter-group was out there? Again, that is old-news and outside of his interest. The vbreporter's national champion will be crowned in all divisions and at all age groups in Dallas. May I suggest that next time you're approached on a similar topic that you stay stronger in you conviction?

What I did was entirely true to my convictions. My convictions lead me to recognize the many issues that USAV chooses not to address, which certainly include the JOVC qualification process. My convictions lead me to think of what is best for the sport of youth volleyball, which isn't necessarily the same as what is good for USAV (nor necessarily what is best for JVDA). The JOVC tournament will award "National Championships", however those will not necessarily be to the "best teams in the nation". If you don't want to debate issues related to JVDA, then stop waving a red flag at a bull by making statements that fly in the face of the reality facing the sport of volleyball. And don't equate recognition of the JVDA with a lack of conviction on my part. Sheesh... And please get rid of the caps in your message title; it's like screaming "Look at me! Look at me!"
