Lake Travis is a 4A school that will probably move up to 5A in a few short years. The majority of the girls play for Austin Juniors and Austin Performance with
the demographics very similiar our neighbor Eanes ISD which is 5A runner-up Westlake H.S! LTHS won the 4A State Football Championship in 2007 and could repeat
in 2008. The Volleyball team hates to lose our coach now but we really need a great replacement to get us to State in '08!

Austin High VB coach is taking a full time teaching job in the Eanes School District. Is Lake Travis' Thomas Kane taking over a new volleyball coaching
job at another school? He's one of vb's good guys.
Just heard that AP's 16s team won the 16s regional tournament. |

Lake Travis sure has some talent over there and it is a shame they lost their coach. He is a great guy with lots of volleyball knowledge.
Seems to be the year for fruit-basket-turnover as far as Austin Area volleyball coaches go. |
