Obviously teams from Hawaii can't go to as many qualifiers due to costs. So John T, how much weight has Imi Ike's history played a part in the
At-Large? I do know that this particular Imi Ike team is even stronger than the past two years with the addition of the players from Asics Rainbows that won a
15 National title a few years back and Kanani Herring's YNT teammate for the past two years, Sydney Yogi. So does the history of that team factor in as
well, since it was also a very good team? Does having 3 of prepvolleyball's 100 "Senior Aces" on this team help too?

Straight by the book, qualifier finish | ||

Not much controversial in these choices. Three top tens for Circle City with a 4th as their best. Imi Ike with a 5th place.
I don't blame them for only playing in one qualifier given the geographic considerations. Qualifier finish appeared to get a heavy weighting by the
committee, as it should.
