I thought that the clarification about bids on the HOA website clearly states the order of trickle downs and the procedures. If the top 4 teams in Power
League already have bids (which was true in the 14's division) then they go to the next highest finisher at Regionals.
I feel bad for Kansas Networks 15's because they have a great bunch of kids, coach's and parents that this procedure didn't work out in their
favor. They did beat Extreme 15-2 in 3 games in Power League, but were 5-5 overall vs. KC Extreme's 6-4 overall record.
This protocol has been in place since the Power League was first started some 6-7 years ago and it would be unfair if the Region were to go against what has
been set in writing for this long. I applaud the HOA region for actually posting all the info and procedures on their website. Most of the regions don't
post this information anywhere on their website.

Ok this is crap. I don't understand this at all. Where did they pull this one out of? If I am understanding this correctly a 14's team that got a bid
at regionals decides they do not want to go and it trickles to the next team at regionals, but a team that qualifies in open at a qualifier and gets second at
regionals makes the bid go to Power League? Who and when did they make up this crazy rule? I have never heard of this. I want to be a fly on the wall when JZ
from Kansas Networks 15's talks to Hank or whoever made up this.

can now see how HOA supposedly got there transferring the American Club bid back to #4 in Power League at 15s...but still have never seen it done and do not
agree with the thought process.
Biggest question in all the below, is KC Power at 14s supposedly getting an American trickle down as the 5th place team in Power league when the manual says "No bids past 4th place OR they could indeed recieve the trickle down as 3rd at Regionals BUT that means bids trickle down at Regionals (which they always have) and screws-up the process where the Regional trickle-down was not given to Kansas Networks at 15s.

Dang Newpost that is impressive I must say. Now one more thing. Figure out the 12's for me and tell me how the heck Kansas Networks did NOT get a chance or
an offer for one of those 12's bids. TWO re-allocated bids were given to the 12's.

Four teams tied for fifth at Regionals per the HOA Website....
Bid awarded to MAVS-3. Can't tell why as I wasn't there. Was there a playoff? Did all four teams have their paperwork and money turned in to HOA for entry into Nationals before Regionals? |

I don't know. The 12's coach cannot figure it out either and did not really get a good answer. He was told they have 24 hrs to give the bid out so was
a coin flip in the works or did they do rock paper scissor ? Dang it I bet we went rock instead of scissor . uggg We teach our kids and coaches to always go
sissors. HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

Nationals has a corresponding due date in their manual somewhere but I don't have to worry about that crapola anymore...YAY! Usually, there's quite a few Re-allocation bids at 12s as the little one's and expecially thier family's don't want to spend the money or summer going to JOs. If they really want to go at 12s, just keep in touch with HOA. Link to JO Manual...I swear give some people books and they eat them...
