ooo perhaps I spoke too soon....I think I heard Minneapolis had a wind chill temp of 24 this morning!! I am sure there are some cold tooties out there as the
girls are wearing thier flip-flops around.

Mpls just missed on a huge blizzard that hit the northern part of the state. I guess those Qualifier demons aim was a bit off this weekend

I think being in a earthquake would freak me out.
Here in Texas the ground does not move much. We
have to worry about those tornados.

That's the great thing about Reno/Northeastern Cali--you can have both! Actually, when I lived in Reno, we only felt a couple of earthquakes in 4 years,
and they were both centered in California. They are somewhat rare in Reno; in California no one would even talk about a 5.1 quake--just business as usual, and
if things are falling off the walls, we thought they were really cool

It shows my age to a certain extent but that's the first thing I thought of. Who can forget Tootie, Natalie, Blair and Joe....and eventually Geri and even a much younger George Clooney (I don't remember his characters name).
