Endersby will be the lone newcomer from outside the Lone Star state after lettering three years at San Clemente High School in San Clemente, Calif. "We are fortunate to have a student-athlete of Bianca's caliber to join the Bobcat family. She has a big upside and you should see her on the court pretty early in her career," said Chisum. "She's a very hard worker and a strong student as well and is certainly the kind of student-athlete that I want her in this program."

Endersby played middle blocker on a San Clemente team that captured league championships in 2005 and 2007. A First Team All-South Coast league selection, Endersby also played for Laguna Beach Volleyball Club.
