Don't forget SW Jr's, they should be in that lineup as well. That's pretty tough to call since most of these teams have a 1-1 win/loss record
against each other.

i tos'd ma wooden nickel for that one. SW Jr's right now to me is an Open team play'n solid ball. maybe not as well as Tx Tornados Mizuno or TAV
but still a git 'er done slapp'n good team

looking on Signuptoplay and advancedeventsystems at teams records...looks like some of these teams are more than 1-1 against each other.
Woodlands...Open or Club... HJV...Open or Club... TCVA...Open or Club... I would also ad AVA to that mix of Club teams in LS. Just because they finished 5th at the finals does not grant them Open level status. They have lost to a few of these teams mentioned as well. SW is not an Open level team yet. They have the tools, just like a lot of these other teams, but have to be more consistent. Looking at their record, they are 5-2 against this field of "so-called" club teams. A few of these teams could give anyone a run for their money if they played Open at a Qualifier. The only thing stopping them is playing consistent ball for a whole tourney. Just because you play Open...doesn't mean that you ARE an Open team. Just looking at that list that you guys just started ...mixed with the teams that I have stated...THIS REGION AND AGE GROUP IS STACKED! I feel bad for the teams that are not able to attend JO's. Any of these teams could easily do some damage in the Club Division of JO's |

Everyone keep an eye out for Texas teams at NEQ week II. There are quite a few that might do some damage.

AP 16 Stealth will not attend, but AP 16 Spartans are. It's easy to get the names confused. BTW, Congratulations to AP 16 Stealth who took 2nd playing up
and age group last weekend in San Antonio. They beat SA Heat 17 National (american bid) to get into the final match against their coach's high school club
team (Wimberley Athletic Club) As some know, Wimberley won state in 3A this year and many previous years with Coach Lee Grisham at the helm!

Yeah - heard about that match. Still a great showing for AP 16 Stealth. Looking at Austin Performance's website the Spartan team has done well at some
tournaments (not as good as knocking off a qualified team). I think TAV Molten and TX Tornadoes Teal could both do well this weekend - not taking anything away
from the other Texas teams. Did get a chance once to see TCA-TX play and I don't think they were up to par but overheard parents talking about injuries
which seemed to be hurting the team. They did have an pretty impressive MH. To all the TX teams going to Baltimore this weekend - good luck - may one or two of
you bring more bids to the Lonestar State!

I think you might want to add Southwest Asics to your list canvbc of teams that could do well at NEQ. We are eagerly awaiting the competition. Wish us luck
everyone!
Good luck to Tornados Teal, AP Spartans, and TCA-TX. We will be rooting for you if we pass by your court. My team will support all of the Texas teams that are traveling to this tournament. Hopefully everyone has a safe trip. |

Forgive me for my over-sight I meant no offense. Good luck to you as well and hope your trip is a safe one. I too will be supporting all the TX teams in
Baltimore this weekend.

Did notice on the pools that TAV Molten and AP Spartans play one another on day one. Any other TX vs TX match-ups on day one?
