Anyone know when we can expect the schedule/seedings for the Showcase next week? People are getting antsy. I know the JVDA tournament in IL has their schedule out already.

I cannot answer specifically for any of the teams, but it seems like typical reasons at this time of the year ... injuries. There are teams that might have
been missing a player or two for spring break and then an injury or two comes up and they are very short-handed. Many of the clubs have all their teams
playing in an age group and would not have the ability to "borrow" players for the weekend. That is my take on it, for what it is worth.

It's really unfortunate that UA has taken sides. I thought they were in the business to help all junior volleyball players and college coaches connect.

I suspect that UA is defending their business instead of being the "fall guy"...check the other on thread on prepvb "questions for university
Athlete" I think this may give you a different perspective.

why is this ridiculous...isn't it pretty standard that the pools/teams/seeds and such get put up the Monday before the event. If sooner, great...but
expect that Monday, right?
I don't know for sure, but that has always been my experience. |
