then who are they getting? is 1 of the girls from lafayette?? i heard they were getting a jr and soph that could start varsity for them??? heard this at nationals last week..

What an awesome write up on the Rockwood U15 - One name correction:
The three new girls are a great addition the already extremely awesome and talented group!
Keaton, & Masterson, but it is Skaggs - not Suggs.
This team is indeed so much fun to watch!!!! They are talented and all have so much faith and confidence in each other. What a great group of girls!!!!!!!!

I also would like to congratulate the Rockwood Thunder 15SW, SWIC, PLVBC, and CYC for also qualifying for Nationals this year in Dallas. I heard Sunday afternoon at Eureka High School was packed with some good volleyball. SWIC appears to be a team that will get some attention over the next couple of years and very fun to watch and CYC is always a very good team that can not be overlooked anytime. Rockwood and Parkway appear to have done a great job closing the gap between them and CYC,...

I would like to acknowledge & congratulate the Rockwood Thunder U15gm team on another outstanding championship in the Gateway Region. This is the 3rd year in a row this team has won the Gateway region championship and boy are they fun to watch...All of these girls and their coach should be commended for going UNDEFEATED in the Gateway Region this year in the 15 age group. I can't say for certain but I believe this is the only team in the Gateway Region that went the entire year...

RY-Rockwood 17 accepted their bid on Sunday so they will be going to Nationals.

At 18's Rockwood Received the National Bid
Club Midwest and Explosion got the American.

TSL backed out of nationals before regionals started.

By the way RY we've got to get you a hobby, and volleyball doesn't count cause I think you and I both need to start up the VA (Volleyballers Anonymous)

that everyone likes knowing, but would never take the time to gather. I always enjoy the final product. I would also add that I never realized how dominant CYC has been at the regional championships since 2000.

I would like to commend the effort of all 9 players from St. Louis CYC 16 Green as they were able to defend their regional title with victories over SWIC 161, TSL, and Rockwood in the early round of bracket play on Sunday. They then met a relentless TSL team again in the finals where they lost 2 straight to suffer their first loss in the tournament. In the "if" game the girls came away with a very impressive performance to claim the title. Their offense was unstoppable from all...
