Lifeguard is the one putting themself out there so we all know what an insider they are- besides, I don't hear anyone attacking Lifeguard. Cali was just requesting everyone to respect the fact that these are teenage girls being discussed. I also didn't hear anyone say the setter was the star of the offense- she runs a good offense...simply stated. Chillax!

Cali, I guess it's testament to the team that with real or imagined injuries the sunshine team pulled out a t3 finish. Personally, I don't think lifeguards comments were out of line. I do disagree with you however that the setter is the star and everyone else are supporting roles.

Is it really appropriate for members to post injury reports real or imagined on this website. We are talking about teenage girls. This is not the NFL, where the injury report is public knowledge. Next we will discover who has cramps or a new boyfriend as that may affect play as well. Can we just get back to the sport and let the children play. So Lifeguard please just send get well cards privately. Thanks.

My predictions ( which I am not very good at )

Pool 1, Sunshine & SMBC
Pool 2, Mavricks & Laguna
Pool 3, Long Beach & Wave
Pool 4, 951 & Santa Barbara

Finals will be between Sunshine & Long Beach. Winner .....?

Miss Tucker plays for Sports Shack and is awesome. Sunshine will compete with a deep team of talent but I hesitate to give...

Sunshine has a deep bench and the girl who didn't feel well on Wed will be in top form by Sunday. Every tournament has kids with colds or flu or homework stress. Hopefully early injuries will heal in time for the Big Show in Dallas. Right now let's just play whoever shows up. Most of the girls have played together before and future Costa setter runs a great offense, with great all around players in supporting roles. See you in San Diego.

Sunshine has their two biggest middles out with injuries and their top OH was home sick last night so I am dialing back my expectations for this weekend. I still like Sports Shack and Janelle Tucker in pool 1, Mavericks and SB in pool 2, LB and Wave in pool 3, and SB and Cal Jrs. in pool 4.
