Many colleges just want to build up their database... some colleges have never seen you play but they get lists from your club, so they send it to you. I am not sure of the rules but i think you can always email them...

give them your schedule or your player profile...

tell them you are interested and invite them to tourneys...

send out your tape...

even as sophomores you can do the email thing even if they can't respond...

dont be afraid to call them...
