recommendations for coaching dvds?

Anyone have recommendations on coaching dvds? Looking for dvds targeted at developing younger players and mid-level club teams (more like teams/players aspiring just finish in the top 25% of qualifiers, not winning open championships).

Have seen some by Dunning (not that impressed) and liked some of the older SPRI videos that really broke down technique and mechanics with slow motion and commentary on specifics.

Nfinity Kneepad Sleeve Swap?

My daughter has Nfinity kneepads and really likes them. However, as you may know they come with one black and one white sleeve. Our club only uses black knee pads. So... is there anyone willing to swap a Medium black Nfinity knee pad sleeve for our extra Medium white Nfinity knee pad sleeve?

Erin Potts passes away

I saw Alliance coach Beth Keck this afternoon and she informed me that Erin Potts, a former Alliance setter who has battled cancer for several years, passed away yesterday.

Let's all take a moment to say a prayer for Erin and her family.

No person should ever be taken so young.

Jr Nationals 2010: 32 team Open field and other changes

Just came from Mike Chandler's talk at the AVCA convention.

Here are some interesting notes:

1. All Open divisions at Junior Nationals are going to 32 teams, four pools of eight.

2. No Open division will play three out of five matches any longer.

3. Each of the 10 qualifiers will hand out a maximum of three bids, with two at large bids.

4. USAV will introduce a national, tournament-based club ranking this year, to generate discussion, to...

What type of Nutritional guidelines during the Club Season do you tell and expect your players to follow?

Our Coaches vary a little each year as we progress through club with the strictness getting more serious as the kid gets older.
